RETURN POLICY
At mporium Bazaar we want you to have the best experience, therefore we offer you a 14-day refund policy. Please carefully read our policy
Eligibility for Returns
· Products eligible for returns must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused, in its original packaging.
· The return should be processed within 14 days of the delivery date.
· You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Procedure
· To initiate a return, first step is to contact Customer Service team at contact@emporiumbazaar.com within 14 days of receipt of your order.
· Information regarding the return process and the return shipping address will be provided by a member of our team.
· It's important the item(s) are securely packaged to avoid any damage during the return delivery.
· Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
· Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Procedure
· On receipt of return item, we will check its condition and if no issues arise, we will process the refund.
· The original payment method of the purchase will be used for the refund.
· The refund may take up to 14 days although usually this will show on your statement within 2-3 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
· The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the client unless it was our error initially.
· We advise using the Royal Mail 2nd Class 48 Hours to avoid the item(s) not reaching us.
Exchanges
· We do not offer exchanges at this time
· You can however return the item (return shipping costs will apply) and place a completely new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
Although we meticulously check every item before shipping sometimes it can happen that they reach you damaged (either due to the transit or a manufacturing fault).
Should this happen to you, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Below is a step by step to follow,
· Contact Customer Service via email contact@emporiumbazaar.com
· Please do not throw away any pieces involving the broken/damaged item. We will need you to take several photos for us to investigate further as to how this may have happened.
· If you are still unsure on how proceed with damaged item(s) pour Customer Service team will have provided further details.
· Once the evidence is provided (in most cases photographic evidence) we will only offer a replacement for the faulty item but not a refund.
Incorrect Items
Should you accidentally receive the wrong item(s) here a step by step to follow;
· As soon you realise you have received the wrong item Please do not unseal the product (i.e. remove the outer wrap)
· We advise you take no longer then 48hours from receipt of the order to inform us either via email at contact@emporiumbazaar.com
· In your first contact message please have the order number and the details of the incorrect item(s) at hand.
· A member of our team will provide you with clear instructions on how to proceed with the return of the incorrect item(s) and the smooth as well as speedy delivery of the item(s) you initially purchased.
· It is very important you follow the instructions give and most importantly do not unpackaged/unseal the incorrect item otherwise we will not be able to send a replacement or fully refund the amount owed to you.
