We may change the website from time to time as we want to showcase different products features & editorials, any promotions we may have  or the insertion and/or removal of  products from time to time. Unfortunately this may result in not seeing something you may have seen previously. We reserve the right  to make changes to the website without prior notice.

Access to website;

Most of the website areas are open to everyone except for areas which are limited to registered members.

Use of website; 

The use of our website is permitted only for private use. You can download any material you wish but the modification or/and re-use of the website's content is strictly not permitted without our prior written consent. 

Maintenance of website;

From time to time we update the website which may result in the website not been unavailable. Additionally during the maintenance of the website technical issues/errors may arise for which we are not liable. 

Showcase of products;

At Emporium Bazaar we constantly aim to provide the best selection of products to our clients. This involves the renewal of the product page and product features from time to time. We reserve the right to remove or insert any products without prior notice. 

Images of products;

We sell and display 100% authentic products. The images of all products or/and image collages have been optimised to the best of our abilities but we cannot be held responsible if by any change the colour, size and clarity of images is effected due to limitations of the device used.

Pricing of products;

We reserve the right to change the pricing of the products at anytime. 

When purchasing any items on Emporium Bazaar it may occur that the price on the invoice may differ to the price at the checkout. If this occurs we are not liable to compensate the difference of the price on the invoice is inferior to the price paid. If the price of a product is reduced but you had previously purchased it at full price we cannot refund the difference. Any seasonal promotional discounts offered on the website or newsletter will have clear information on the time period. Any claims or expectations of discount after the conclusion of these dates will not be fulfilled.

Postage of products;

At Emporium Bazaar we offer free delivery using the secure Royal Mail 2nd Class 48Hours. This applies only in the United Kingdom. 

The free delivery service is only offered on purchases not exceeding 2 products. For any purchases involving more than 2 products hereby is a list of postage charges (applied at the checkout)

• 4 Products - £5.50
• 5 Products - £7.00 

Shipping;

Your order will be packaged and posted within 2 business days on receipt of payment. Although we use the 48hours Tracked Royal Mail postal service please allow up to 7 working days for the delivery of your purchase. 

Returns, cancelations & refund;

Should you wish to cancel your order or return the item(s);  Please refer to our 'Returns Policy' 

Promotional codes;

Please pay attention when finalising your order using a promotional code. If by any chance you accidentally forget to insert the code and pay the full price we cannot  refund you the difference. 

Third party website links;

Although we currently have no links to third party websites, we are nonetheless liable for any information and material they display on their website. Furthermore we do not endorse any information or services provided by these third party websites.

Exclusion of liability;

We do not accept liability for any loos or damage that you may suffer as a result of using this website.

We always aim to show the most accurate information on our website. We cannot guarantee however that all material or information is up to date tag all times. All the material you read and see on this website is without warranty of any kind. You use the material on this website at your own discretion. 

Governing law;

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute will be solved at the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. 

Any other courts will have no legitimacy as we delivery only in the United Kingdom.
