UNITED KING KINGDOM SHIPPING 

Free Shipping : All order over £30 are exempt from shipping charges. 

Non Free Shipping; All orders under £30 will have an additional fee of £3.29 at the checkout to cover the delivery fees. 

Carrier:  We primarily use the Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service, but other services include ParcelForce and DPD.

Process time : All our orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays) 

Cut-off time :  We process all order before 2pm (Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays)

Delivery time : Your package will arrive between 1-4 working days (for Highlands and Islands an additional 1-2 days)

Weekend orders :  Orders before 2 pm  Friday will be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday (excluding bank holidays)

Tracking; A tracking number will be provided soon after the purchase. 

External Circumstances : Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times during Royal Mail strikes, adverse weather conditions. We cannot refund purchases already dispatched (See returns policy for more details)
